I’m glad that they got rid of Elizabeth and nick. This place needs people who aren’t going to treat it like their own personal playground. Genesis is amazing. She always tries to get things done as quickly as possible. She actually cares about this complex. She is fair. She doesn’t pick and choose when she wants to follow the rules like Elizabeth did. And the new guy Orlando is wonderful! He jumped in pretty quick and has came and gotten most of my things done. Audy has always been wonderful so no complaints there. I feel good knowing that my home is being taken care of by people who actually care.

Maintenance turn around is maximum of 48 hours so I appreciate that. They’ve always been fast regardless of the situation. I will for sure miss the maintenance workers as I move out. Also the new leasing manager Genesis, has fixed issues quicker than any manager has ever. Moving out due to price increase, but recommend apartments based on their workers.

Been living here since last Fall of 2022. My experience so far has been great. My unit had some issues that needed to be taken care of through out the season. The office and the maintenance team are always right on it! Maintenance team is amazing here! They are efficient and provide excellent service everytime! Thank you to Elizabeth and her team!

I have recently moved here to Parkview Terrace Apartments. Elizabeth, the office manager has been unbelievably helpful and nice which I so appreciate. I am very impressed with the maintenance crew as well. Audy did a beautiful job installing a new sliding screen and trim work. Over the weekend my heater quit working so I called the emergency number and within 15 minutes they were here to handle the problem. I call that service! Thank you

I love it here. My neighbors are pretty chill, now that the old neighbor above us moved out. Only issue is the mailbox has been broken the majority of my time here and now the Post Office is saying they will stop holding mail and begin returning to sender which is some BS. I feel bad for those without a vehicle that must go to the post office to retrieve mail.

Not to sure how to edit my last review but Elizabeth has done all she can to help. I didn't realize how much of a pain vendor's are and how they can take a long time. Also I was very frustrated so with that being said she has been very accommodating and trying to do as much as she can. She also got us a portable A/C which has helped TREMENDOUSLY! So I change my review to give it 5!!

Edit: The Ac is finally fixed! Communication has gotten much better between the tenants and the office and maintenance staff. Only giving 4 stars because of the neighborhood and how bad it’s gotten. Went from a 2 to a 4 star, so I think they really take some of these comments to heart and try to fix what they can. I put in a maintenance ticket about black mold a week ago and have had no communication regarding it. Put in a second ticket about kitchen light going out. After the second ticket I finally got a response. Communication goes along way. Still disappointed that our ac is still broken and it hasn’t been working since middle of July. Would give it more stars but I’ve lived here for 2.5 years now and maintenance is always an issue. Also they have hours posted for the laundry room and it’s never opened on time. It’s rare when it is. I work more than one job so I try to get in to do laundry on days that I close. I also love my neighbors. Out of all the apartments these are my favorite and could definitely use some upgrades with certain things. Lowered my rating of this place… still haven’t fixed the mailboxes and force their residents to try to obtain their mail at the post office and AC still isn’t fixed. I’ll be shocked if they fix it this summer. I highly don’t recommend moving here. Also it has come to my knowledge that there is drug deals going on behind the apartment complex. You can see the gang tags all over the property. It’s not safe but it’s affordable for some. The management does not care whatsoever and when you bring up any issues they blow you off. Why should they care? They don’t live here.

From the minute I applied, the ladies in the leasing office were super friendly and helped make my stressful moving situation not as stressful. The couple times I have had work orders, maintenance has always responded super fast and got the job done in a quick timely manner. Although I am not a current resident, I do live next door in the neighboring apartment complex. I am elderly and disabled. I depend on a motorized scooter to get around. One day I thought I would try to take a shortcut between the buildings on the grass. I ended up running over a large rock that caused my scooter to fall over which equaled myself laying on the ground helplessly. Your maintenance guys happened to see me and stopped to help me pick my scooter back up and also help me back into my chair. I truly appreciate that they took the time to help me, Who knows how long I could have layed there. They truly went above and beyond that day. God bless their hearts.

Nice quiet area! Right down the street from a nice little park with a playground. Everything is really easily accessible like schools, grocery stores and 1-25 is only a few minutes away! My kids and I love our beautiful apartment! Very affordable compared to Denver rent! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! Also Maintenance has been responding in a timely manner since i've lived here! I have no complaints. Good luck finding something like this in Denver!
